Purchased this book last week as I wanted to cook a curry for my wife on our caravan trip to Cornwall and I took my trusted Ninja Foodie with me to make cooking easy. The Chicken Tikka recipe was easy to follow and the curry came out great, and I made it under an hour as the book suggested. Great buy if you love curries!

Lovely book; it has clear instructions and large pictures of every single recipe. There’s a fusion recipe section in it too which is a bonus! I made few curries and was well impressed I was able to cook it under an hour. Winner! I also made naan bread for the first time all from scratch from this cookbook and it came out great.

    A book for life.

Great Indian cookbook! Curry recipes are all under an hour, can’t get better than that! I made some pakoras and they came out very tasty and ate them feeling guilt free as no oil needed to fry.
