Conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any of our items unless the items are faulty or damaged. Our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy covers 14 days from the date of purchase. If an item is returned or a request for an exchange or refund is made after 14 days of purchase, it will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered for all returns as we will not be responsible for returns shipped to an incorrect/incomplete address. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange (exchanges are subject to availability) on any of our products, you must send us proof that you received a damaged/faulty item. Without proof, we will not process a refund or exchange. If an item is being returned, it must be unused and be shipped in the original packaging. To process a refund or exchange (if applicable), you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following inspection of the item, we will notify you via email whether we will process a refund or reject your refund request. We do not offer any refunds on our digital downloadable recipes.
If a refund is approved, we will credit the payment method you used to purchase the product(s). NOTE: The money will be credited to your account within 5 – 7 working days from the date of processing the refund, although this can take up to 15 working days depending on your bank. In rare cases, some banks can take up to 28 days to credit a refund, which we have no control over. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@shelinabea.co.uk
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange (exchanges are subject to availability) your items for the same items, send us an email at info@shelinabea.co.uk
Sale Items
Any ‘Sale’ items will not be refunded or exchanged (exchanges are subject to availability) unless the items are defective or damaged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service for your returned items as we will not be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
